Different types of cooking classes are available, but you can also customize your experience.
With the classic Cooking Class you learn to make an appetizer, a type of handmade pasta, a meat or fish course and a traditional Tuscan dessert or an appetizer, two types of handmade pasta without the meat/fish course and a traditional Tuscan dessert.
Cooking Class Pizza allows you to acquire all the knowledge necessary to create one of the most loved Italian dishes. You will discover how to prepare the dough, define the line, season the pizza and cook it in a wood oven or gas oven
The cooking lessons are held in the wonderful scenery of Chianti at Chef’s Paola home, a beautiful villa with a stone facade and interiors with terracotta ceilings and exposed beams.
During the courses, typical products and local ingredients will be used, many of which come directly from our garden: basil, saffron, oregano, mint, chives, lemons, garlic, onions, tomatoes and the extra virgin olive oil of our own production
At the end of the lesson we will taste what has been prepared together.

We are located in San Casciano Val di Pesa, a municipality of just over seventeen thousand inhabitants, just 20 kilometers from Florence, easily reachable by car in about 30 minutes along the Florence-Siena motorway.
Take the exit San Casciano and follow the direction to Cerbaia – the home is at nbr. 97 on via Empolese.
