The cooking lessons are held in San Casciano in Val di Pesa, by our chef Paola and her work team.

In a welcoming and characteristic environment you will have the opportunity to acquire techniques, improve your

your mastery in the kitchen, learn to make classic recipes of the Tuscan tradition and not

alone.

Tuscan cooking classes in Chianti for adults

The typical Tuscan cooking class enables you to prepare traditional dishes in the splendid setting of Chianti, with the hills and the countryside in the background.

We will use genuine ingredients from our garden, such as saffron,

basil, mint, oregano, greenhouse lemons, chives and olive oil produced by the olive trees that

surround the garden.

Different types of courses are available:

 Cooking class: with appetizer, first course, second course and dessert. Duration: 4 hours. Cost: €160 per·

person;

 Pizza cooking class: let’s learn how to make pizza. Duration: 4 hours. Cost: starting from €120 per year·

person.

Cooking classes in Chianti Classico for adults

At the end of the lessons we will taste ther food we have prepared.

Participants will define the menu to be created together with chef Paola.

There are many typical recipes that can be the highlight of the course.

We can learn how to make appetizers such as cream of chickpeas with rigatino or prawns, bruschetta

with tomato and basil, stracchino and sausage croutons, croutons with cooked ham and celery,

croutons with mushrooms, croutons with tuna and butter, fried seasonal vegetables.

First courses such as fresh pasta with seasonal sauce, gnudi, semolina gnocchi, potato gnocchi with

season, spaghetti with seasonal sauce, saffron risotto, stuffed rice tomatoes, tagliatelle

homemade with truffles.

Second courses such as rolled veal with fontina cheese and speck with fried celery, baked pork loin with

potatoes, ossobuco with rice, crusted pork tenderloin, Florentine tripe or lamprey, peposo

with steamed potatoes.

Desserts such as Florentine-style stuffed crumble, tart with homemade jam, biscuit with

coconut and almond flour, rolled chocolate cake, original tiramisu with seasonal fruits.
